The PS5086/5087 power supply
provides a maximum of 600 W or 1173 W DC output by connecting 2 or 4
modules of PS5085 in parallel. This output scalability allows you to configure the
power supply that meets the high power requirements of super computers,
high speed image processors and other large-scale digital systems.
The
paralleled PS5085 modules share the DC output current equally between
them. This accurate output current sharing operation avoids overloading a specific PS5085 module in the PS5086/5087 power
supply.
To
ensure accurate DC output voltage at a high current output, the voltage
regulator detects and controls the DC voltage after the diode network
(for summing the output currents from paralleled PS5085 modules). Thus, the
output voltages are compensated for the voltage drop across the current summing
diodes.
AC
input voltage range:100
V to 240 V
IEC61000-3-2
class A
98%
power factor is achieved at 100 V AC at rated load current.
The use of high reliability
components and the expertise in quality control ensure a long operating life
of the power supply. |
