Innovative power supply architecture of the PCS3-220P-X2S provides a high power output with a compact unit. It enables a continuous full-power output of 195.6 W even at 85 V AC operation. 

aqua Direct voltage regulation for +3.3 V and +12 V DC outputs

The +3.3 V and +12 V circuitry employs independent voltage regulators (Mag-amp type) to provide stable DC outputs insusceptible to load current variance at other output channels.

aqua Standard PS3 size (conformable to SFX12V specifications)

The PCS3-220P-X2S is housed in a PS3 size (same as PS2 panel size and 100 mm deep) unit conformable to SFX12V specifications APPENDIX E.

aqua 74% power conversion efficiency

The PCS3-220P-X2S achieves 70% efficiency at 100 V AC and 74% at 240 V AC operation.

A variable speed fan is employed for optimum convection cooling. This fan lowers its acoustic noise by operating slowly when the detected temperature inside the unit is relatively low.

Double-sided through-hole P.C. board is employed to ensure a high reliability for FA applications. A resonant type synchronous rectifier circuitry (patented) is introduced in the unit to achieve a high efficiency and reliability.
